Environmental Protection Section

Environmental education should be cultivated at a young age with a positive environmental attitude so that the slogan of energy saving and reduction of carbon emissions can be effectively put into practice with living habits. Therefore, we have adopted the Environment Education Section in the Kaohsiung Public Library, Siaogang Branch to offer information related to environmental protection for promotion and education purposes to the residents in the communities as well dynamic and static exhibition spaces for schools and communities. These spaces are the best places for CHC volunteers and the residents in the communities to hold activities and learn about environmental protection.

Community activities and charities

In collaboration with our CSR plans at CHC, we take part in social and charitable activities in consideration with our capability. Plans for the following years are proposed at the annual committee meetings. Charitable donations for 2014 were approximately N.T.$1,850,000.
