Resource Reutilization Division is in charge of the disposal of waste, reutilization of resources and remediation, maintenance of equipment, engineering expansions, quality control of production, and planning, executing, and supervising of operations, storage, and transportation.

Administration Division is in charge of the human resources department, general affairs department, public affairs department, purchasing department, finance department, accounting department, and planning, executing, and supervising of corporate planning and information systems.

Both units are in charge of industrial safety and hygiene, and planning, executing, and supervising of environmental protection.

The Internal Auditor belongs to the Board of Directors and is in charge of internal auditing at CHC.

The Technology Office is in charge of R&D, and planning, executing, and supervising of quality control and technological development.
