The Organization and
Staffing of the Auditors Office
- The Auditors Office is under the board
of directors. There are 1 chief auditor,
1~2 qualified auditors in the Auditors
Office. The appointment or discharge of
chief auditor is agreed by Audit
Committee and passed by the board of
directors. The appointment and
discharge, appraisal, salary,
remuneration and training of the
auditors shall be approved by
chairperson, and reported to the
FSC(Financial Supervisory Commission
R.O.C(Taiwan)) before the end of
January each year.

The chief auditor reports audit
performance to Audit Committee on a
regular basis and attends the board of
directors meeting to report the
situation of internal control in the
Corporation.
